Don’t get me wrong, I love the wedding films we make for our couples – you’re swept away in a mere five or ten minutes into your day, all the memories, all the feels, laughter, tears. But when you want to take your time, look closely at small details you might have missed, search the images for that special relative or friend, then your photo album can take you there.

Album Type
QUEENSBERRY FLUSHMOUNT ALBUM
Heirloom quality wedding albums from Queensberry hand-made locally in Auckland but chosen by the very best photographers internationally, your album is professionally designed and colour corrected for print, the flushmount album is printed edge to edge (without mats). Your favourite photos are printed onto lovely, thick true photographic lustre paper, 20 pages (40 sides) standard.
QUEENSBERRY PHOTOBOOK ALBUM
A Queensberry photobook is a wonderful alterntative when you want to display more images on more pages, at an affordable price, with no compromise on quality and printing. Professionally designed and colour corrected for print, the photobook is printed edge to edge (without mats). Your favourite photos are printed onto slimmer, lightweight paper, 30 pages (60 sides) standard.
QUEENSBERRY PARENT COPY ALBUMS
Perfect for gifts after the wedding, Parent Copy Albums are small-scale versions of a larger original book or album, but without embossing or translucent title page. Alternatively, you can order a duplicate album with a 15% discount. Both are ordered as optional extras added to the original album order, and must be purchased at the time of the main album order.
Cover Materials
If you are choosing a larger sized album (30 x 30cm and up) it is recommended to choose a Buckram, Micro or Genuine Leather. Genuine leather is best able to support the weight of extra pages.
MICRO LEATHERS
Micro (Faux) leathers are amongst our most popular cover materials — beautiful textures, lovely colours, superb quality and durability.
VINTAGE LEATHERS
Genuine leathers in evocative, earthy colours with natural markings.
CONTEMPORARY LEATHERS
Genuine leathers with a luxurious, embossed suede finish.
CLASSIC LEATHERS
Beautiful genuine leather hides from one of Europe’s leading suppliers.
COATED LINENS
Coated Linens are strong and colourful with a subtle yet distinctive linen feel. Their top coating is dirt and water repellent which makes them more durable, perfect for photo boxes and albums that will experience a lot of handling.
NATURAL LINENS
Their natural coarse structure make these linens particularly suitable for larger-sized books and albums. Flaxfibres in these materials are certified under the Masters of Linen standard which means that the fibres are 100% EU grown and processed. All flax under this regulation is sustainably grown — respecting the environment and producing high quality fibres.
DUO-TONED LINENS
Our uncoated Duo-Toned Linens are FSC certified woven cotton fabrics with a matte natural finish. Offering a distinguished yet subtle two-tone effect.
LIBRARY BUCKRAMS
Buckrams have been the choice of bookbinders, publishers and libraries for many generations. They offer affordable beauty, quality and durability.
Cover Styles
STANDARD EMBOSSING
The most popular of cover style. Select from a range of fonts and supply the text you want embossed, typically names and dates.
CUSTOM EMBOSSING
You may prefer to supply your own artwork for us to emboss such as a monogram or logo, or a font that’s not available in the standard range.
WRAP-AROUND
Wrap-around covers remind me of treasured books from long ago. Add a little bit of extra flair, the perfect heirloom piece.
EMBOSSING + TITLE PAGE FONTS
There is a limited range of eight standard fonts to choose from to emboss your album cover. The same selection of fonts can be chosen for your translucent title page. If these aren’t what you’re after or you need more text or want to include a logo or graphic, you can supply your own custom artwork to have a die block custom made for you. The additional cost depends on the size.
EMBOSSING FOILS
We offer seven different foil colours. Rose Gold, Gold, Silver, Steel, Black, White, and Copper. You can also opt to have blind embossing, which has no foil.
Paper Stock
SILVER HALIDE LUSTRE
Premier Lustre paper produces accurate skin tones, with a neutral tone scale from highlights to shadows. Lustre offers bold rich blacks, clean whites and an increased colour gamut for stronger, brighter, more vibrant colours.
TINTORETTO
Tintoretto is a felt-marked art stock with a distinct watercolour texture on both surfaces. Tintoretto has a matte finish, is of exceptional quality and, like our other offset stocks, specifically formulated for our digital-offset press.
MATTE
Matte has a deep matte finish like Tintoretto, the difference being that the surface is only softly textured, almost smooth. Colours are appealingly subdued, with somewhat less contrast than true photographic prints.
SATIN
Satin has a smooth surface with a slight sheen and excellent colour resolution. Satin has some features which are very similar to those of glossy photo paper but it balances a lower reflective quality against good saturation and glorious detail.
Packaging

To protect during delivery and storage, all albums, photobooks and copy albums are delivered inside Queensberry’s standard soft suede bag.
STANDARD PRESENTATION
Unless you choose to upgrade, all flushmount albums are presented in our standard soft suede bag and Queensberry’s grey presentation box.
DESIGNER ALBUM BOX
You can upgrade to Designer Boxes for our standard sized albums and photobooks. Designer Album Boxes are available in buckrams and linens.
